Trainer's manual

This Trainer’s Manual is the complete training resource of the AgriVETourism project (Project Reference: 2024-2-BG01-KA210-VET-000267044), bringing together all six training modules developed to address the skills gaps identified among agritourism operators and aspiring rural entrepreneurs in Bulgaria, Greece, and Italy. It is designed to equip Vocational Education and Training (VET) trainers, facilitators, and rural development practitioners with everything needed to deliver high-quality, practice-oriented training sessions, whether face-to-face, online, or in a hybrid format.

Each of the six modules follows the same evidence-based structure mandated by the project’s official guidelines: a module overview and learning objectives, three core content units (each addressing one skill gap with one practical solution and one tangible output), two case studies (one national and one transnational), three to four hands-on practical exercises with ready-to-use templates, reflective self-assessment questions, homework tasks, and annexes containing a companion slide presentation and AI-assisted research prompts that help trainers localise examples and data to their own country, region, and audience.
