Results & Outputs

AgriVETourism is designed to create lasting value that extends far beyond the lifetime of the project. It delivers a set of practical tools, knowledge resources, and training opportunities that remain accessible to learners, trainers, policymakers, and rural communities. Each output is carefully developed with real-world needs in mind and is made openly available through the project website and other dissemination channels.

The key results and outputs include:

  • Skill Gap & Best Practices Report
A comprehensive analysis of agritourism facilities across Bulgaria, Italy, and Greece. This report identifies missing skills, common challenges, and successful examples of sustainable agritourism, providing valuable insights to guide future training and policy initiatives.

  • VET Curriculum on Sustainable Agritourism
A modular, learner-centred programme that integrates sustainable agriculture, eco-tourism management, and hospitality skills. The curriculum combines theoretical knowledge with practical exercises, self-assessment tools, and real-life case studies, ensuring both relevance and applicability for adult learners in rural areas.

  • Training Materials & Toolkit
A collection of resources created for trainers and VET students, including presentations, interactive exercises, and examples of innovative agritourism business models. This toolkit supports effective teaching and helps learners translate knowledge into practice.

  • Capacity Building Training
A hands-on training course held in Italy, bringing together VET students and trainers from partner countries. This activity tests and validates the curriculum, while fostering transnational collaboration, peer learning, and exchange of innovative practices.

  • Dissemination Materials
A suite of communication resources—digital brochures, newsletters, and e-leaflets—designed to raise awareness, showcase project results, and share knowledge with stakeholders, VET providers, and local communities.

Together, these outputs strengthen rural communities by delivering knowledge that is practical, transferable, and future-oriented. All resources are made freely available for download, ensuring that organisations, educators, and rural entrepreneurs across Europe can continue to use, adapt, and build upon them. In this way, AgriVETourism contributes to sustainable capacity-building and fosters a long-term impact well beyond its formal duration.
